Freight, Insurance & Handling Policies
FREE GROUND SHIPPING is Pre-Paid delivery on most items ordered by 3:00 pm CST (except where noted below) in the continental USA. A delivery area surcharge of $2.50 is applied to each ground package delivered to residences in certain outlying zip codes as determined by the freight carrier. Additional delivery time may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, tires, wheels, oversize items, truck freight items, some zip codes, & remote delivery areas.
All orders up to 75 lbs will attract a $15.00 handling charge that will be added to the subtotal of the order.
Truck Freight is based on orders that are heavier than the normal person is able to lift or larger than the allowable size by small parcel freight truck.Overweight or oversized (converted to weight).Anything on a pallet must go via LTL truck freight as per schedule below.
Scheduled Rate: 76 - 99 lbs = $99.00 100 - 199 lbs = $119.00 200 - 299 lbs = $149.00 300 lbs - over = $199.00

International orders must be placed by e-mail or phone, our tech sales staff is available on 00-11-1-972-274-3900 or by fax 00-11-1-972-271-3904. Your order may be subject to the collection of local duties and taxes. Contact us to get the local office phone number in your area.
Shortages/ClaimsAny shortages on shipments must be reported to High Performance World Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No credit will be allowed for shortages after this time period. No credit will be issued for carton shortages if bill of lading has been signed for correct number of cartons being shipped. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure of the number of cartons received before signing document.
Do not deduct or short pay any invoice when remitting payment. High Performance World Inc. will issue a credit if it is due.
Damages/Claims
Damages must be reported to High performance World Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All cartons should be inspected for damage before signing so that any damage can be noted on the consignment papers. Make sure to keep the damaged carton(s). Take pictures if possible. A damage claim report will be sent to be filled out. It may be necessary for inspection of damaged goods and or cartons.
Returns
High Performance World Inc. will only accept returns that have been given prior approval and issued with a ‘Return Goods Authorization Number’. This RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton, or shipment will be refused. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice inside the parcel. Freight & insurance on all returns is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns, unless the error is on the part of High Performance World Inc. or for defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted for discontinued or clearance items, or if the item was purchased prior to 90 days. All items must be in the same state & condition as sold & unopened packaging.
