Terms and Conditions
This page contains the Terms and Conditions under which you may use any website owned by H.P.W. Inc. (HPW) (the "Website"). Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use the Website and service. By using the Website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. H.P.W. Inc. (the "Company"), the owner of the Website, may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Website for any reason. This site is designed for users age 18 or older. If you are not at least 18, then you will need a parent/guardian's permission to use this site.
Shortages/Claims
Any shortages on shipments must be reported to HPW Inc within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No credit will be allowed for shortages after this period. No credit will be issued for carton shortages if bill of lading has been signed for correct number of cartons being shipped, It is the customer's responsibility to make sure of the number of cartons receive before signing document.Damages/Claims
Damages must be reported to H.P.W. Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All cartons should be inspected for damage before signing so that any damage can be noted on the consignment papers. Make sure to keep the damaged carton(s). Take pictures if possible. A damage claim report will be sent to be filled out. It may be necessary for inspection of damaged goods and or cartons.
Returns
H.P.W. Inc. will only accept returns that have been given prior approval and issued with a ‘Return Goods Authorization Number’. This RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton, or shipment will be refused. Freight on all returns is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns, unless the error is on the part of H.P.W. Inc. or for defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted for discontinued or clearance items, or if the item was purchased prior to 90 days.
Use of Material
The contents of the H.P.W. Inc. website (the "Website" www.hpwtx.com), such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other content (the "Material"), are protected under United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Material is the property of the Company H.P.W. Inc. or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy (permitted or not permitted) you make of any of the Company's Material. You may not sell or modify the Company's Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use the Company's Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose.
